77 sustainable new apartments

We’re excited to be part of the Marshall Street redevelopment in Newtown, Geelong, delivering HVAC solutions for 77 new sustainable homes designed with safety, well-being, and long-term performance in mind.

Replacing 22 outdated single-storey units, the build features all-electric apartments, rooftop solar, and high energy-ratings (7-star NatHERS (National House Energy Rating Scheme) 4-star Green Star), meaning our mechanical systems need to be optimised not just for comfort but for efficiency, durability and low operational costs.

From precise airflow design, to ensuring adequate heating/cooling in adaptable layouts, to integrating system components that support sustainable operation - we’re focused on doing it right. Because good HVAC isn’t just about climate control, it’s about creating homes that are healthy, safe, and built for the future.
